    Lite Mediation is best for:

    - Specific, time-sensitive parenting issues

    - Individuals who want a focused solution

    - Quick clarity without a long commitment

    Rate: $150/hour

    1–2 hour online session (shuttle format available)

    An initial intake and screening is required to confirm it's suitable for your needs
